Prosecutors Seek 14-Year Sentence for Sweden’s Biggest Dark Web Vendor

In a case associated with the worldwide deep web crackdown ‘Operation Hyperion,’ Sweden’s largest deep web vendor is facing a long prison term.  Prosecutors are asking for a fourteen year sentence, which is a significant prison sentence in Sweden.  The ringleader was selling large amounts of drugs on the deep web market Alphabay. It is not known how he was caught, but Interpol and the US FBI assisted Swedish authorities.
